IH-555N - 17oz Selvedge Denim Super Slim Jeans - Natural Indigo

Oh wow they are back! I have two pockets blown out, a knee blow out and nearly a crotch blow out.
I love this denim, very tempted!

Very tempted to get a pair of these. Wondering how this denim compares to the new 14oz if anyone has experience with them?

I got the 555 14oz mid last year and they are great, but really don’t breathe or give much. I might leave them as my “fresher” pair and try something else for my every day

I bit the bullet and got these this week. I have to say, so far this might be the best pair of jeans I've owned. And that is saying a lot.

Such a beautiful denim that isn't too light or heavy, has a really nice texture to it and breathes well. I sized up 1 and it was surprisingly still a little tight around the waist, but has already stretched enough to be a comfortable fit over 3 or say days.

Really looking forward to these being my go to every day for 2-3 years and don't mind if they're slow faders.

Anyone considering them should really give them a try.

@manufc10 I would say so, but it's marginal. The stubby denim is our most breathable for me

Bought these in June 2021 and have been wearing to work 5 days a week since. So have around 450 wear days currently. Washed every 3 months. Just completed their most current wash.

These were my first pair of IH jeans - Think it was 2018 if my memory is correct. Had a few crotch and pocket bag repairs but still going strong
