Premature by my normal standards to oil these boots but I think the Colorado dryness got to them. They darkened to a gorgeous shade. Thank you Mustang Paste. That stuff is miraculous.

Viberg's for "Sunday Best" and Redwing 1907's for all other times.
I love light tan on a boot or casual shoe, I would not consider anything else now personally :).

Astorflex Bitflex in Whiskey.
Extremely comfortable and a perfect fit.
On sale at just £99, they were a great entry point into this style of footwear, and I'm considering getting a second pair in grey

@Robert-Z @selvedgeosaurus Gents, how did you size your Ludlows? I've got a pair on order, went just half a size under brannock. I wanted to err on the side of too large, and it's a bit contentious converting from UK sizing. Suddenly, spending this much on boots without trying on feels nuts.

First pair of Nicks just arrived yesterday. They are the Robert quick ship in brown Chromexcel. Been excitedly waiting on these for a couple months. So solid! Feet are getting a workout today!

@Oroccoco I sized down one full size from brannock, same as my Viberg 2040. I could have went half size and used a thin orthotic for extra comfort though.
