I find it interesting how differently the 25oz black denim fades compared to the 21oz SBG. I'll definitely be picking up a pair of the 25ers when I've worn my 21s into the ground!

I am so glad a copped a pair then. They are a wonderful denim @Alex and they would be the black denim in my rotation forever if I had my way. Did they not sell well enough to consider a future re-run or was it a cost-to-produce issue, I'd love to know! Apologies if you've already addressed this somewhere.

They sold a lot slower than we hoped, and we have limited production so need to prioritise some other denims

For real though, that's how I feel about my pair of 777XHSbb. It is a bummer for the folks who missed out, but it makes them rarer than other denims of it's kind. Makes owning a pair special and I'm stoked we hopped on ours when we could.

Man, bummed I didn’t realize what I was missing out on when these last dropped. Would love a true black 25oz denim in the 888 cut. Guess the ib would be the only black(ish) option in 25oz. Any pointers I might be missing out on? Wonder if the UHR would ever come in a black…

Basically wanting my next pair to be black not OD. Love me some 25oz…what’s a boy to do??

Gave them a trip through the worsher… I dunked them under cool water about a minute, folded them I half, and rolled them up from the hems to them waist. I ran them on a cold, shot cycle, delicate/hand wash, no spin.... Dripped dry over the furnace vent. I ran them through the dryer (after they were completely dry) to soften them up because they were like sand paper... There's absolutely no marbling or streaks or anything disagreeable. I'm very happy

HOLY MOLY those look amazing @AdamJ I assume they have been washed a ton? I reeeeeeally dig how the black arches and W stand out like crazy on that pair. Might need to give mine a few more washes…
