I’m tempted to start making a menu already… but @Chap is the genius in the kitchen. That being said not having Lutefisk or Pinnekjøtt seems like an opportunity lost.

I will be removing the possibility of Smalahove immediately however.

Yes… never tried our local moonshine, never will. It is a time honoured (illegal) craft here, but despite apparently high standards there are multiple poisoning deaths nationwide every year.

Had some homemade moonshine 20 years ago on a US Car festival in Sweden
Had to crawl back to the camper, was a horrible trip ‍ .
Never again , when thinking about it I immediately feel sick , even after 20 years
