Goose Goes to Gosport (along with Neph)

When I first met my wife, her family (Mom/Dad and 3 brothers and numerous girlfriends) used to spend much of the time in the kitchen to chat, discuss, cook, and just overall spend quality time together. We did that at Gosport with Giles and Paula and I can't express how special it was!
One night G and I were looking through one of his cookbooks and we came across this and I had to share.
I showed it to Laura and both of us are salivating. Definitely on the future items to play around with.
Giles made this for us the night before we left and it is one of the best simple dishes I've ever had. Extremely flavourful and the best comfort food one could eat. It's definitely going into rotation (and the kids are just going to have to deal with it :D)

I was allowed to post this last pic, as it is just a pair of W31 555’s with a name tag. When I enquired whether or not this was Thiago Alcantara, the boys in the shop refused to confirm or deny. I would love to imagine that Thiago wears IH, so that is what I’m choosing to believe.

I’ll put this here for now…
As well as being showered with love and attention on my trip to the UK, I was also showered with gifts. From @scooter I got beer, and a mystery item, (which is still a mystery because @Giles can’t find it[emoji38]). I was also blessed by forum members with a pair of anni jeans and a mug.
In addition, @goosehd did something marvellous. He gifted me something that I really should own already, but don’t, from his own collection. The XHS has long been my favourite denim (with stiff competition from UHR), and I’m surely a vest guy.
The reasons why I didn’t own an IH-526V-XHS are both simple and complex. But now I do… and it is every bit as glorious as I always imagined it to be. Thank you D.
