Hi everyone I’m pretty new been reading up a lot of post in this forum ironheart just obtained the m65 in small I’m a medium in the western shirt and I sized down I can wear with a T-shirt and shirt it’s perfect for me god bless ironheart
Congrats. Amazing jacket. I have the black but really want the olive. That is how good these are.

That's a great fit. The Olive looks much sharper than the previous iterations. I have mine which is almost 2 years old and I simple love this jacket and it is the only one that I would use.

Does the collar ever relax once it gets worn in?
Bought a large and extra large. It's too long in the body on the extra large. The large is a tad bit restrictive in the shoulder arm area. Think this one just may not be for me sadly. Will sleep on it but I know I will probably be returning both unfortunately.

Are the p2p-measurements for this jacket taken exactly as with shirts and denim jackets? From the outside including all fabric pit to pit?
I'm a size XL on all Iron Heart shirts I own, but guess I should size down on this jacket to L? I'm thinking the measurement across the jacket p2p due to the thickness of the jacket would reduce the actual fitting size?
Am I making any sense?

Yes.

A lot of people size down in this jacket to get a slightly more tailored fit, so that is very likely to be what you are seeing in the numbers.

I took an L in the black one (take XL in UHFs) and it fits perfectly, with ample room for layering underneath.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks. I need to be able to layer and feel comfortable with jackets and shirts. Only downsize is perhaps longer sleeves than I'd prefer, but I can live with that.
