@trivsdotcom it's an XL.  I don't have enough type IIIs (yet) to have a usual size, but both the ones I have are +1 from my usual size in IH work shirts.  Hope yours works out for you.

Im new to type iii’s as well, and I followed the same logic! I did an XL, and I’m normally a large in the shirts so fingers crossed.
