Looks like a clean install! I recently discovered how great the Wago lever nuts are and I'll never go back to the old style twist connectors.

On my way down to Cornwall on Saturday night, I was musing about boat names.

We have a candidate name for the new boat, but there are some permissions we need to get before we can be sure it will work. Let's call it XYZ, for the moment.

Anyway,  I came up with the following, which Paula has given me permission to use on the tender…..

How far is the upcoming boat?

The hull has been moulded, but now the factory is shut for 3 weeks.  We were trying to get out there in early sept, but the flights are fearfully expensive at the moment.  So we are next going in November when a lot more will be ready to see.  The current estimate for completion is Feb/March…...

Paula and I were honoured to be asked by Gaby, the wife of our late friend Andrew McCall, if we would take her out with some friends and family to scatter Andrew's ashes in the Solent.  Andrew was the marketing director of The Whitbread Round the World race in the late '90's, so we anchored off what was the start-finish line of the race, and laid him to rest there.  It was a simply beautiful day, afterwards, we repaired to a local hotel, sat in the garden and ate lunch looking over where Andrew had been consigned to the deep…..
