The Street Parka is a new release for FW22. The shell is constructed from 100% Supplex nylon which has a texture that feels more like cotton as opposed to the usual smooth, high sheen fabric we associate with nylon. Lined with a 6oz PrimaLoft, it provides excellent heat retention. The lining runs throughout the body, sleeves, and higher in the neck. Features also include a heavy-duty tonal zipper, ribbed cuffs, twin zip-closure chest pockets, and twin handwarmer pockets.

@Giles I know you love your IHJ-79 and I was hoping if you have time you could speak to the differences in warmth between it and this parka. I’ve been eyeing the 79 for a long while and now that this parka is coming I don’t know which to get. Thanks!

Different animals completely.  I use the 79 as a layering piece or a chuck it on if I'm worried that it may get cool. The 102 is bulkier and definitely a piece of outerwear.  If I know it is going to be cold then I'll put the 102 on.  But being Primaloft it regulates temp well…..
