No meaningful experience with this fabric but plenty with the UHF.

Based on your experience (anybody), what can be expected in terms of shrinkage with basic regular washing?

Can the fabric be meaningfully shrunk by applying heat and agitation?

If you wash at 30-40C, low spin, air dry then there will be no shrinkage. Turn it up 60C and tumble then there will be.

Expect less ongoing shrinkage than you'd get with a UHF.

As @neph93 says if you wash it carefully it won't shrink at all. If you need half an inch of shrink, you'll get it on a hot wash and dry, but no guarantees on the colour after that

Many of our retailers do not take 3 or 4XL.

And yes, we have sold out I am afraid and unfortunately none left in Japan…..

@Howay04 Damn that 316 looks great in the western cut!! I was on the fence about swapping out the snaps for white ones….your pic confirms my decision to stick with the black snaps. Just looks so damn classy!!!

These shirts are absolutely beautiful.  I’ve never owned a UHF or any flannel from Iron Heart, but this one was too good to pass on.  I couldn’t decide between the blue or yellow, they’re both amazing, and my wife would probably kill me in my sleep if I bought both, so I ended up with the blue.  Can’t wait for it to arrive.

@CMarriott you're in for one hell of a ride my friend!! Got my first IH piece about 8 months ago. I’ve got three now (UHF, 21oz OD 888, IHSH 33-B) and waiting on pieces four and five to arrive on Wednesday. It’s just the best made shit ever!!
