I haven't worked out airfare yet, but I think I'll probably make it. I do love visiting Gosport, the jewel of England's South Coast.

I've been standing on the edge for a while, wondering whether to take the plunge. This morning I got an unexpected push (when I mentioned the UHHH to a friend who has no interest in this sort of thing), so I'm in. I just hope this doesn't make anyone else want to climb straight out!

Have just been told about this local company - they have a number of great-looking places to rent in Gosport - definitely worth a look (and if you make an enquiry or a booking, please mention that you're coming for the Iron Heart party)

The garden at the back of the offices is enclosed and pretty dog safe

Paula, thank you for this info. I just reserved The Granary. I mentioned the party, in the notes.
I will be cancelling my booking at the Spring Garden Apartments. But, I will hold on to it until someone who is planning to come claims it. I have it reserved through Booking.com, and it does require a 3 night minimum stay. Anyone looking for a place, who can meet the 3 night minimum, should PM me…**
