Ugh.  I would not be able to resist this in other colors.

    Blanket-line all the things!!!

I’ve been wondering if you guys think a drawstring at the hem would be useful on this jacket or just an unnecessary expense?

Can’t say I’ve felt the need for one. My XL is just around shirt length on me so I feel like the risky area at waist level is well covered.

I can't imagine, anyone riding in that jacket wanting a draw string hanging down or flapping around.

Makes sense. I don’t ride so I often forget who this is specifically designed for.  Good to hear Reuben. I’m just pining away now until next fall for this thing.

                Ha… funny thing.

I’ve worn this with different layers the last few days, trying it out for warmth. Had it over a tee yesterday, with an 18oz type III vest over it. Temps were 6C with a cold, sea breeze and it was sunny. It was almost too warm [emoji1]

Wore it for the school run today with the typeIII and a heavier sweater under. Temps 2C. It was toasty but a cold easterly wind was sneaking up under the opening. I adjusted my sweater and went to pull down the jacket. Lo’ and behold,  a draw string! [emoji23] Very technical, very well hidden. The pulls are on the side and barely visible… it works great.

I did check the page when the question was asked…

Looks like late autumn in N. Norway is good at revealing the design qualities of this gear. Looking forward to the deep midwinter.

This cracked me up!  At least now I don’t have to worry about being crazy for asking about it. Sounds useful to me… especially because I’m leaning towards sizing up and it could come in handy. Thanks for discovering it @neph93 😁

I've been wearing this for a couple of week now and I can say it's very comfortable. So light, so warm and a great fit. If it's getting colder I will wear a N1 vest on top. A great jacket.

Question for anyone. I love this jacket but the only thing stopping me from getting it is the stand up collar. Does it fold down nicely or is it made stiff to always be in the up position?

It does. When I wear the jacket open I often fold the collar down. With wind I put it up again. No problem.

Thanks. Im leaning towards the xxl based on dimensions of this jacket compared to one I have. What is your height and weight if you dont mind?

I'm 180 cm and 84 kg, got an XL that fits well, shouldn't be smaller. Not much layering potential underneath, a tee and a shirt is fine. I'd rather layer on top, like a N1 vest. And it's so warm that you don't need to layer much underneath.

I have the XXL and I'm 6"3 - 185 LBS, long legs and arms and this fits amazing and not too big anywhere.
Collar does fold flat and in hand the quality of this jacket is obvious.
