Do it my man! Though, full disclosure, mine is the IHSH-107 from seasons past–the only difference I can tell fabric-wise is that the new one seems to be herringbone, but I think the pattern may otherwise be identical or damn close. @Alex or @Giles may be able to straighten me out on that. @vaquero357

It certainly looks very similar. Given they have a different lot number, it's probably a subtle different pattern but based on the same design

I have the natural tan version from way back that is now a very dark brown, and I have the IHB-05. Never really been huge on black leather until recently and now have a pair of black Wesco’s with brass details. Being matchy-matchy isn’t a big thing for me but they would look great together.

@Joberwocky indeed and as you stated, looking for high contrast fade potential on the 295.  Going to try my hardest to not wash it for as long as I can stand it…and then maybe a little longer. Dry for now...

I find it easier to not wash my XHSib than I would to continuously not wash an ib shirt haha more power to ya @Oaktavia
