Wayne/Jayne wrote that song for Iggy Pop. It’s based off of a Gospel song called I’m Waiting on You Jesus. I think the skinny tie ship has sailed.

The Stooges are one of my all time favorite bands,saw the  original line up in 1969,70 and 71.Saw them at a Small club called Unganos and at The legendary Electric Circus. Saw them open for the MC5 3 times and was a member of the Fan Club…Stoogelings Courageously. Before the band officially took the name Ron Ashton called up Moe Howard of the Three Stooges and asked him if it would be OK,to which he replied call it whatever you want as long as it’s not the fucking Three Stooges. Great shirt by the way.

Sadly I’ve lost more concert tees than I have over the years.  Some highlights from my collection of ones that got away include Nirvana in ‘93, Cure in ‘92, Tibetan Freedom Festival in ‘98.  Back when I bought XL tees for my 5’9, 150 lb teenage frame.

@Jett129 That’s so amazing you got to see em back in the day! I saw them in probably 2005 at Little Steven’s Underground Garage Fest in NY - Ron and Scott were both still alive then, Mike Watt on bass. They destroyed. It’s a day I’ve wished I could return to many a time.
