I think it is cool how I am always feeling like wow, this is the most awesome article of clothing I've ever seen… like I know i say this all the time I get something new. But it amazes me how IH always somehow makes better looking shirts year after year. Consistently surpassing expectations. Like this is possibly the most beautiful plaid shirt ever. No hyperbole.

Yea everyone looks amazing in this and it really pops in bright sunlight. Can’t wait for the summer photos of this guy.
@neph93 thanks for asking, good to be back after a hiatus. Been a crazy year for sure but everyone is healthy and I live comfortably enough to afford shirts like this one so I definitely can’t complain. Remote work and remote school are a challenge but love spending time with the kiddos.
When I first saw the close up pictures of this shirt I immediately thought of the 38, which if memory serves was the first ever custom woven unbrushed flannel (they called it “spring weight”) that IH ever did. I’m convinced the character on this one will rival that one in time.

Bravo IH! Blown away by the fabric and man was a workshirt in order… thanks as always to the crew for sorting me one to fit the gorilla arms. I didn't grab the last unbrushed selvedge offerings, but this is a bit thicker than my 196 which is similar weight unbrushed non-selvedge. Much more blue in person than the black look in the pics. I can see the upcoming gunfight for the western getting ugly!

I wanted this, from the moment I saw it. Problem is, I have 3 IH non-UHF flannels, 2 of them(138-yellow, 170) are rarely worn, and 1(246) I'm in the process of destroying at work. For some reason, I just don't reach for them, like the UHFs. I've worried this will suffer the same fate. I've held off, hoping they'd all sell out, before caving. I made it through the IHUK sell off. But, alas, I have caved. I just grabbed one from SOP. Even if I hadn't, I doubt I would've resisted long enough to outlast Selfedge stock. Hopefully this a game changer for me…
