For going on 28 years now I've thought the first line of the song was "Yeah the present sucks" but this shirt has corrected me.

@Oroccoco Saw the original Stooges several times in a small club called,in NYC, Unganos,as well as three times opening up for the MC5.One of my all time favorite bands.

I saw Led Zeppelin open up for the Iron Butterfly. I’m fucking old,but I saw all the cool bands. My band opened for the Ramones and Blonde,probably not as cool.

If I'd opened for the Ramones I'd be sitting pretty easy, I bet you've got some stories.

Definitely not David Byrne. Grew up in NYC,and was playing drums for The Poppees,Sorrows and Wayne County during the Punk/New Wave days. Before that went to the Fillmore East every chance I got.
