Many thanks for this very informative session. I'm certainly after some of the new shirts.

I was stunned by the grade of fades of your jeans, @Giles /redhoodieguy. Did I get it right, they are 19oz indigo/black? How come they've faded that much? My 25oz ib is lightyears away from that. I'm aware that fades come from wear and abrasion, but I'm wondering if these two fabrics also fade very differently. Or is it the way you wash them?

They are the 19oz indigo/black 634 samples, I started wearing them in March last year.  My 25oz indigo black looked about the same after about the same time wearing.  I typically wash my jeans when I think they are dirty.  These have had 3 washes (possibly 4, I dont keep notes).

thanks, and may I ask how you wash them (degrees, spincycle, detergent)?

Inside out 30C with no spin and I use whatever detergent is lying around.

When they get more faded, I won't turn them inside out and I will increase the temp to 40C, because as they get more faded they show up more dirt and need a more aggressive wash.

UHR is returning, thrilled.  And the new super stubby 15.5 sounds particularly wonderful.

I did not specifically say we would do the UHR in all 5 cuts….At least I don't think I did. We may do, but not a definite....

I would suspect that 555 is the most popular–-and of the main cuts perhaps 634 is the least?  But I'm crossing fingers that we'll see UHR in 634.

Well, the good news is that Haraki wants some of the denim for Japan, so I think a 634 is a given….

I happen to like short jackets–-cossacks and the shorter Type III---so the shorter hoodie has always been a favorite of mine.  Those tall guys apparently need them longer.  May have to try to find one before the new ones take their place. 

On another note, my tastes seem to run like the Boss, so odds are for a 634 UHR and then a slubbby new jean.  I'm all in.

• Wabash short sleeve &/or any of the chambray short sleeve offerings
• ihsh-277 9oz flannel
• ihj-99 chambray bomber

anything else would be a plus
