                      Just back from some demolition looking at how scruffy you all are…....

                      I should elaborate a little. This is from last night when Norwegians celebrate. It is a relatively formal gig with some strict traditions. Dinner on the table at 5pm, suit and tie for the men, presents afterwards.

                      Today is much more like Boxing Day in the UK.

                          Normally, there would be a few more of us around the table on Christmas Day.  The 16lb turkey is in the freezer, and we did a 3lb chicken…..

                                          looks delicious. video recipes for beef wellington has been popping up for me since nov and I've been tempted to try my hand at making it..

                                            Left-over chicken and ham pie - would normally be turkey, but you know max 2 for Christmas…
