I've been loving this El Eden Anaerobic Natural Colombia Pacamara from Black and White Roasters in my mug. This coffee completely changed my perspective on what's possible with natural process Colombian coffee. It has massively vibrant tropical fruit and berries in the aroma and flavor that I've really only experienced at close to this extent in coffees from Ethiopia and Yemen (these two more for the berries), or Myanmar (more for the tropical fruit). In fact, in terms of aroma alone, I would say the fruitiness is stronger than any other coffee I've ever had. You as much as open the bag and you're smacked in the face by a bouquet of tropical punch. Just wonderful. If anyone is looking for a great new roaster to try and likes 3rd wave light/medium roasts, look up Black and White. They and a few others (Gardelli, Mame, Coffee Collective) have really ruined so much of coffee for me.
