After SE sold out all 4 in my size in 24hrs I decided to hunt one down quick.
Thankfully IH Germany had one! Now I've got both colors….This is one of my favorite materials in a long time

I think they’re talking about the 21oz 555sg. These are serge, but they’re a different animal than the 12-13oz military serge in these shirts and the cargo shorts. There was a heavyweight serge, 23oz cargo pants—705 or 714. Those are beasts! Serge is definitely an underrated fabric from IH that is starting to get its due.

I saw those! I went looking for serge pants after reading the post. I found the 555 and the cargos, and some baker's pants that I would love to see re-run. And if 2021's shorts are made of serge, I'm definitely picking some up!

The shorts are amazing! If you get a pair you'll be very happy! I have 2 pairs and have been very happy with them

Everytime I open this thread, I have the hope to see some message from IH crew stating that there is going to be a second production run and a restock very soon. But nevertheless, the picture of those who were fortunate enough to grab one are amazing!

I felt very much the same way, after getting the black one I knew I must have the green also….
My only suggestion if you dont want to wait is look at some of the places that stocked it. SE, Berkeley supply, IH Germany, Brund etc
Hope you can track one down!

Shipping from the US to Europe is not an option for me! I'm looking for a Small and as far as I know I can't get that in Europe at the moment!
