Not sure how I came across this topic but really great journal. I’m about an hour into looking at pictures and reading, as a home builder/developer I live for this stuff.
Such an amazing addition, you did absolutely killer job. Very cool how involved you were in the process… but not sure if I would’ve loved it if I was the General Contractor lol

I was the general contractor Which is why it took so long. I had to do everything in series because a) I did not know what I was doing and b) I did not have the luxury of juggling staff from one job to another...
