    @solid_olid:

    Hi all - probably stupid question here. Even when logged in I can’t see the marketplace forum, including the comments I’ve previously made on posts there. Anyone have any ideas?

    The marketplace is locked until you reach 20 posts.  There is a long thread explaining the reasoning behind this.

        Are you able to do WTB posts for other brands in the marketplace? Have been looking for a specific Flat Head flannel I just can’t seem to find and seems like a good place to ask.

            I am wondering if the ultra heavy flannel check work shirts are a staple for IH? If so, how often do they come back into stock? Many thanks

              @harler UHF's are released every F/W starting in Septemberish - Novemberish give or take a few weeks in both the work and western cuts.  There are still a few in stock from this season: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/work-shirts/?q=Availability-In+stock/Fabric-Heavy+Flannel+(UHF)

                thanks @goosehd. oh ok, so more will not be released until next September? I should have said that it is the Ombré ones that caught my eye.

                  The designs are different every season.  Sometimes they are rerun but not on any set schedule.  Your best bet is to post in the Want to Buy thread or look around on eBay.

                      The ombré UHF are labelled continuous production, but there is no set schedule as to when they will be back.

                          Just a heads up that ombré is a pattern, and the colourway is purple and black for the shirt being referenced.

                          Ombré patterns have come in quite a few colour ways historically and each new release (season) will often have a new ombré shirt with a different colour combination.

                            there is something just great about that pattern. I'm not normally one for purple but it just seems different. The blue is nice as well. What are some of the previous colour combinations?

                                    @Isaias-C Yeah it’s all in the game. I find certain types of cuts are more prone to it than others. It has a lot to do with body shape. It is generally an easy fix though. I mostly fix my own. Just choose a thread and cut out a piece of denim from unwanted hems, then sew it on the inside.

                                      Say we wanted to OD a piece of IH clothing, could it be thrown in the bath with whatever else is in process?

                                        You could dye it sure but the IH OD process is notoriously brutal on denim and involves some weird creole magic or something so I’m not sure how you’d replicate all that.

                                          Mostly I was thinking if something were to be purchased new that wasn't offered in od. I assumed the original stuff that is sold as OD once started as plain indigo and it wouldn't be any worse than those. Clearly this would be a final purchase, at extra cost?, and add an unknown wait time to getting the item, but just curious.
