Every Sunday I've gotten into the habit of making meat lovers breakfast burritos. I can share a recipe if anyone is interested. This makes about 14 burritos so it's cheaper and better tasting than the frozen ones. And it usually lasts about 4 or 5 days.

I usually fry potatoes but today I had some leftover salsa so I mixed it with rice in the instant pot and made a Spanish rice variation.

It's just fried onions, loose breakfast sausage, low sodium bacon, six eggs, some cheese crumbles and Fritos nacho cheese. I like the jalapeno variety but my mom prefers the plain..

@ROman thank you very much!  The meal tonight was my best Canadian Thanksgiving dinner in 30 years.  Everything turned out well and the family loved it.
