Uncanny resemblance to the IHSH-37.  Upon "closer" examination, this is different in terms of style (western vs. work??), pockets (2 vs. 1), buttons (snap vs. regular), collars  (regular vs. button down), front placket treatment and fabric (brush vs. non-brush and herringbone vs. regular).  All is calm here…... ::)
