Anyone wearing both this and the IHSH-31 care to comment on fit difference?  (esp if you rock a S or a M!)  My S in 31 fits perfectly but these are a bit slimmer it seems in the measurements so i'm reticent to gamble on the S.  Thanks in advance

My one comment here.  Because the 37 is a heavier fabric than the 31, it feels snugger…........
