Like we have a crapton of players out including Jackson and Humphrey…but I'm excited to see what Huntley can do again. Packers are a team I respect and if we lose it won't hurt as bad compared to us losing our two last divisional games. But a W would be crucial and in true Ravens fashion to win against monster teams but lose to the fucking Dolphins.

Right.  Being a Ravens fan is equal parts pride and confusion.  I’m grateful to have a consistently good team, much like the Packers, but having to win against the good teams because we can’t manage to beat the crappy ones is tough to deal with.

Anything can happen but I’ll be watching with my finger on the remote ready to abort if shit goes sideways.

I watched (most of) the Colts beating the Patriots last night. Much of the Colts attacking play was one-dimensional but very effective. Jonathan Taylor is a phenomenal player.

Unfortunately for the Colts Carson Wentz,not so phenomenal. While they can win games with him I don’t see them winning games because of him. For a minute it looked like the Pats were going to come back on them. Love football this time of year.

Yeah that was sort of why I was laughing. I regretted posting that watching the Raiders and Chargers. Bad karma.

The Steelers almost lose to everyone before they win. It's their MO. They haven't been a dominant team since they had Jerome Bettis as a running back. The only football game I was ever at, they blew out Chicago in a driving snow storm.

I checked that out and the payout is the same whether you bet a dollar or a million dollars. The payout is only 9000. Pretty dumb.

I know that they want to protect themselves,to some degree,because bets like this occasionally come through. Then just bet $1.  Years ago when the Broncos we’re playing the Seahawks,in the Super Bowl,there was a bet that the very first play of the game would be a Safety. I don’t remember exactly what the odds were, but as you can imagine they were really high. Someone made a big bet,and in subsequent years,they’ve still offered that bet ,but at much lower odds.
