That's the choice I would have made as well… although Vintage Nickel would look sick as well. I bet the purple will crease and discolor is an awesome way - stoked to see them!

I also feel like brass was the right choice. Nickel on purple might have come across a little too Slade/T-Rex/Space Cowboy.

The wear looks not DISSIMILAR to the navy CXL you guys specced on the forum service boots with Viberg a decade ago… my pair has nearly White creases with wear in between oils, and goes back to saturated state when it drinks a bit of boot or mink oil.

You will love them. and brass was the right choice with that shade!
