Finally ! A low ABV% fruited sour that hasn't been over-fruited to death. Toppling for the win…..

@scooter the TG sour looks great. I really like that they didn’t add lactose. As to the over fruiting, a local brewery here has had cans of their fruited beers exploding if they get warm from secondary fermentation caused by all the sugars from the fruit. Keep em cold

A while back, Drekker had the same issue. The local distributor made it clear, to all the shops they service, proper refrigeration is required. I generally steer clear of them, anyway. I'm really not a fan…

I had that happen with a can of gose; I didn't realize it was even a possibility, but all it took was a couple of months at room temperature…
