I made some panko breaded cod and mac n cheese for Ash Wednesday. But the cod tasted like ammonia so idkwtf. I had to pitch it.

I was so jacked off about the fish being bad I forgot to take a picture of the the mac 'n cheese plated so here's a close up of a spoonful.

Yeah, I read that ammonia is a product of decomposition. I am not keen on cooking or eating fish again any time soon.
