Shovelling done, for today at least, including two other peoples cars that had got stuck.
As for Chris giving me a hand he has offered to do that before but he was holding baby oil when he said it, so I’m a little sceptical.

that's a beautiful snowfall. How is Norway's road management and snow removal services? are they pretty on top of things?
Normally pretty good it took them a little while to get on top of this though.

It's rained like hell for a couple of weeks, then we had a serious cold snap start a couple of days ago. We went for a walk today and saw this, it's is a really unusual sight for the south coast of England (well, I have never seen the like), that's trees growing out of ice

Are you Texas guys affected by the blackouts? I saw the price of electricity went to $9000 per MWh. ???

Yeah, right now we're having intentional rolling blackouts- approximately 10-15 minutes off every hour. It's super fun.
@mikebarhoot- my wife and daughter are planning to go skiing in Utah next month, so just for fun we occasionally check the weather in Park City. Last night it was warmer there than here. That just seems wrong…
