Scooter, that looks like a smoothie. Not a lot of fruited beers at that abv. They spontaneously combust if not kept cold. -

New-to-me brewery, Oliphant Brewing, across the border from the Twin Cities, in Somerset, WI.
Currently, only 24 reviews on Untappd (4.33 avg). It's a good brew, but I'll be knocking that down a notch. Worthy of a 4.1…..

Due to some optimistic mismanagement during the festive period, our store got stuck with a huge overstock of champagne… My boss told me I could have 30% discount on any and all bottles... So I bought 9 gift boxes (each containing three bottles of champagne), and paid about 7€/ bottle. Because on top of the 30% discount, I also have a 10% employee discount, and another 20% discount in the form of coupons given to us as part of a "thank you for working through the pandemic" bonus... And it's legitimately good stuff...
Today I bought a demi-sec... Not so good... But I just wanted to let you know not to worry... If it seems I'm drinking less beer, I àm making up for it...
