Cristal, chilean beer, is not one of my favorites but under the right conditions, you can fit 12 bikers on two cans of the stuff. Does this qualify it as a strong beer?

11.5% imperial porter aged for 310 days on cognac barrels… Well well well... It takes Pohjala to team up with (rising star) Basqueland, but they've managed to make a good beer this year!.. (Apart from the BA Cocobänger...)

Stopped by the Aslin beer garden this afternoon. Had  a few beers and got to bring my mug home. They are getting new ones for the new taproom. Should be open by the end of the month.

It's good to hear they are doing well. I have a handful of their brews in my fridge, and regular drops in my neck of the woods, every 2 - 4 weeks. I'll hold up my end, if they hold up theirs…
