Perfect on you. Way better fit than it was on me. Very happy it worked out for you.

It definitely does and will see a lot of wear.

Hi guys, I've been eyeing on this jacket for a while now.
I have measured my bomber jacket and my non-raw denim jacket to try to figure out what size to get.

                bomber jacket:
                Shoulders - 17.5"
                Length - 24.5"
                Chest (P2P) - 21.5"
                Waist - 21"
                Opening - 16.8"
                Sleeves - 24"
                Sleeves opening - 4.2"

                denim jacket
                Shoulders - 16"
                Length - 24"
                Chest (P2P) - 17.5"
                Waist - 16.5"
                Opening - 17"
                Sleeves - 24"
                Sleeves opening - 4.3"

As you can see, the measurement of my bomber jacket is larger than my denim jacket. The former is a bit looser and the latter fits tighter.

The above is the measurements of this Iron Heart jacket. Should I go for S or M?

Thank you for reading my post.

Given that your denim jacket is closest in style to the duck type III I’d say the S. But it will be meaningfully shorter the your denim jacket. The M will be looser fitting but a little longer.

I was thinking the same but I am just concerned about the length of size S. I think I'll put on my denim jacket and measure how the length difference.

These come up shorter than most modified type III’s and give more of a traditional look, (which I personally prefer). I would say that if the length is on your belt or just below then you are good.

I just checked and I think the length is perfect, I'd go ahead and order size S.

Edit: Just ordered it. Can't wait!

Just got this jacket this morning!
I think the fit is spot on.
There are some visible fold marks, if I give it a cold soak will they disappear?
Can I wash it in washing machine with cold water and low spin?
                          Thanks for you inputs.
And what do you guys think about the fit?

The fit is perfect! Great length in the arms and body and it looks good over the shoulders.

The creases drop out with wear, as you add your own. A cold soak/ wash may help, but I have never bothered. I just wear them until they are «mine».

When you do wash, low temps, low or no spin, and air dry is the way.

                            Congratulations.

With that fabric, if yo're not careful, you may make more creases when washing. If you follow the guidelines, you should be fine, though. I'd just wear it as @neph93 said.
