I know it was my mistake to have it in the washing machine! Lesson learnt! I'm okay with the patch. It has a used look now!

I don’t think the lines are very noticeable. Just wear the heck out of them. The advantage is now you don’t have to baby them, and can wash and dry with reckless abandon.

I’d put a good leather conditioner the patch anyway so it doesn’t get too dry and start cracking.

I will do it! I have some oil that I use on my Red Wing Iron Ranger shoes! Probably will use'em

I bought a pair of these and am finding it difficult to wear anything else. At this point I have realized that the 666 is the perfect cut for me and having a pair in this fabric is an unbeatable combination. Long live the 666.

The 666-21s are my first pair as well, and they have molded to my body like no other denim ever has.
You can forget your other jeans…

Not my first pair but definitely my favorite. The vintage 18oz is a close second.

Mine too, nearly seven years ago. I have had two pairs, but both are retired now. I have SBG and OD 21oz in rotation, but there is nothing quite like the original.

As we all know all too well, addiction comes quickly.
The stuff is so good, you really have a hard time comparing quality build to anything else.

And that is NOT a bad thing
