@motojobobo That's also a CB750 four. The bikes pictured are both from 1976, and had spent their lives in a garage together in Scotland for the last 40 years. Seemed a shame to separate so we bought them both. The red one restored to original spec. The black one far from standard, but that's a longer story…

Just got on to this thread…Really great bikes,and pictures. Reminds me of when I was a kid and the 750/4 came out and I,for the first time in my life,lusted after something that wasn’t a Harley.
Thanks @Jett129 It was certainly a game changer back in its day. I've been looking into Harley's recently too, but realistically need to make room. Gutted they didn't exhibit at the recent MCN at Excel, but in hindsight probably a good thing

Finally had time to put some clear coat on a helmet I painted last year. Still need to buff it out and put the trim and visor snaps back on.

Helmet looks great @el camino
Post pics once it’s complete, please. -
@GC:
@natehate I’ve been into the idea of a Harley for sometime and have been considering a 5 year old fourth eight for months as a ready to go set up. But there’s just something that always draws me to making it my own. Love what you’ve built, a lot, can you tell me more about it?
started life as a 79 harley fxe shovelhead, hardtailed the frame to panhead specs using repop panhead axle plate castings. 21" front wheel, 18" rear. hydraulic hear drum break. repop harley springer front end.
