I’m not sure which brand it was (Pike Brothers, perhaps?) but I saw a moss green wabash vest at B&S a few years ago. Not my style or cut but the fabric was gorgeous. A green or brown base for IH wabash would be killer.

You’re on to something with a green wabash. That would make one hell of a good shirt. I’ve seen a burgundy wabash somewhere a long time ago and it didnt do it for me.

Happened to come across a Vintage Levis Type II that had the sleeeves taken off,and was being worn as a vest. I thought that’s a cool idea. It was the sleeve length that kept me out of the most recent iterations.

Have you ever considered revisiting wool beach cloth? I know IH released the IHV-09 awhile back but i'm curious what other products could be made with this fabric.

There was a jacket made at the same time. CPO’s and different jacket cuts would be options. It seems to be having a moment again. I’m seeing a lot of it flying around on social media. I love my IHV-09.

That's what I figured. I saw that Taylor Stitch had a beach cloth vest and parka and I also came across a Sugar Cane first zip beach cloth jacket that looked kinda cool. The question is, what new garment could IH make with beach cloth that hasn't already been done, or that wouldn't look out of place?

Zip up jackets or vests would be pretty cool. The IHV-09 was a classic beach cloth work vest design and the jacket was also old school.  Something a little more modern and bad ass with a zip would be nice and maybe a bit more IH too.
