IHSH-62-IND - 12oz Wabash Western Shirt - Indigo

My third fourth IH Wabash arrived today. I decided to skip the copper snaps this time since I already have them on my 62-WHT & 62-BLK.

Just yesterday I acquired another 62-IND from @Anesthetist so now I have two of these. Oh and I also snagged a 32-BLK in the process. If anyone would like to stage an intervention, that would be great.

Dude I think you’re on the right track. Wabash is a great daily uniform. Nice fit on the new 62.

I prefer the fit of the westerns, so I’m good there. And there’s a red chambray western in the works, so if you all let me down on the whole intervention thing, that’s probably going to be my next serious temptation.

This is my go-to pub shirt. Tough as old boots.  I don't know why it seems thicker than the same weight 33, but it does.

Hi folks,

I promise I’ll properly introduce myself in the right topic, been sniffing around for some time now and that is just inappropriate behavior, besides that I now have some IH stuff to show as well [emoji57].

Anyhow, I have found something really nice on my doorstep today a 62 and I am stoked about the shirt.
I do have a question about sizing tho. Mine is a size L and it is bit too roomy. Downsizing won’t work that’ll be too smal.

I have read that some members soaked their shirt while others machine washed on 90 degrees for two times. Soaking seems pretty harmless I guess but what about the machine wash option? What happens to the garment more precisely the colour? Won’t the colour fade? And what would it mean to the fades in the future?
