What's your favorite Beer?

Scooter- It must be Stout season. Nice pick ups. I haven’t had any of the Baptist beers with adjuncts. Let us know your thoughts.
Seul- I enjoyed this years CBS. Maybe it was the novelty of the 12oz bottles. Why was it meh for you?IPA tonight

Not sure if you tried yours yet but I found this one to be kinda bland. The salt kinda overpowers the maple, which I’m not tasting at all. I bought a 6-pk too [emoji848]

The only one of those I’ve had is the Bozo beer. Thought I was going to be a Bozo for buying it,but it was surprisingly good considering the high alcohol content.
Yes. My eyes popped when I saw the 17.2% ABV. I had to grab one, if only for the novelty of it alone. Good to know I might actually enjoy it.

Stout season… INDEED ! There is no other way I'd rather enjoy cold winter nights. Epic has yet to disappoint me. I'll try to add a little commentary, when I have at them. Although, I'm no cicerone. My words should always be taken with a grain of salt.

Wishing I had this commentary before my purchase. I had hoped the salt and maple would be no more than a hint each. Sounds like a balance issue. Oh, well. As long as it is not drain worthy, I will simply use the 10+% ABV to get ripped.

@scooter Not sure if this is true or Urban Legend, but allegedly on The Bozo the Clown Show a kid said shut up,and Bozo said now that’s no way to talk,to which the kid replied “Fuck You Clowney” After drinking that beer, better be careful what you say,or no telling what might be coming outta your mouth. Enjoy!

Went on a beer run, today…
Not really my style, but I'm interested in your thoughts on the Bakery and the Vermont Sticky Maple. The Bruery is one of my favorites, though I tend more towards their Bruery Terreaux offerings.
Meanwhile, I had this one tonight
Prickly pear is a mild flavor, but it's enough to soften the sourness just a bit. New Braunfels Brewing Co. used to be inconsistent and kind of all over the map in what they were putting out. I feel like in the last year or so, they've really started to find their groove, and they've been putting out beers that are consistent in quality and are interesting to drink. I'm becoming rather fond of them. -

No maple. Shitty coffee. Just very mediocre, really. I have one of their beers left and I'm not looking forward to it:

Nice color. A tad heavy on the booze. A good tasty helping of chocolaty malt. A bit much vanilla. Not enough coconut. The base seems good, the execution not so much.
@Chris , knowing where you live, and where you're from, I understand why stouts aren't exactly your thing. Warmer climes aren't exactly consumer friendly. If you're looking to throw one in the mix, though, this isn't the one your looking for.

Nice. Which Aslin? They have moved into their new location and really ramped up production. Some beers have been hit or miss as they are learning the new equipment.

11% gose
Now this sounds interesting.
@scooter, it's not that I'm opposed to stouts, but I'll concede that they aren't my favorite style. I'll happily drink them when the mood strikes, though. What causes me to pass on the one you just drank is the coconut, which I dislike in general.
And after an ill advised spring break drinking session my freshman year of college, pina colada anything is nausea inducing…
