01.07.2020 …continued After RE-touring the Rosemary House, I headed back to my office on the East side of town. An agent expanded her team and moved into a full office, so I took over her old space by bringing my huge IMac lol - I’m only here 1 day per week, but this year I’ve striving to be here two days per week as it’s our highest grossing sales office and needs to most marketing support Aimee, our Ops assistant setting up my printer drivers
Although I am in a nice new routine in our new town, I do see the same people non-stop, so I’ve been trying to check out the CrossFit Gym nest my Eastern office. They had an adorable gym dog who loved playing catch

01.08.2020 Wednesday’s are a real hump day for me, and usually end up being the busiest days for both my wife and I. It’s the first full day my team has during the week without a multi-hour meetings in the AM, so we have a tendency to be hustling all day. After coming back from the gym, I whipped up some coffee and breakfast. I’ve been on quite the Chemex Kick lately - thinking of even getting a small one for my office lol
On days I work out, I make a Chocolate Kale
 Smoothie:
 1.5 cup kale
 10 oz almond milk
 1tbsp cocoa powder
 1 scoop collagen protein
 1tbsp MCT oil
 1/2 avocado
 2 tbsp peanut butter
  Heading to school
This is my western office in Destin. It’s where my team works out of mostly, but has the least amount of agents at it - even though our highest producing team works out of here.
My little cubicle in the float space
Wednesday is also Avery’s ballet night, so I picked her up:)
  Changed [emoji1690]
I let myself have 2-3 beers per week
 Made Keto chicken nuggets
Bonus of Daphne sitting on the wife’s lap hoping to snag some chicken

One of our owners is redoing an old school brick house and turning it from a 400 sf box to a 3,000 sq foot modern home. I’d like to feature it in our Spring Magazine, so went by to check out the progress

Converting a 400 sqft house into a 3000 sqft house? Wouldn't it be simpler to just tear it down and start over?

Converting a 400 sqft house into a 3000 sqft house? Wouldn't it be simpler to just tear it down and start over? There might be zoning laws preventing that. A house in my town did something similar They had to keep one wall in tact

To be fair, it’s a cool angle - his dad was one of the original developers in town, so it’s a “rebirth” type story. I totally dig it. Plus, our building costs are insane… starting with 400 sqft can save you 150k bucks... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Week of 01.13.2020 So sorry for the lack of posts - this week has been one of the hardest at my new job, and the kiddos have been hell raisers! Please enjoy this dump of photos as my act of contrition On Monday I toured a new listing of ours - a massive 7k+ sq ft home sitting on the corner of a dune lake, overlooking the Gulf. It’s outdated and in no way a “hot” property, but I fell in love with its French country charm and no frills presence. In a market where people pay a premium for “turnkey,” this offers an opportunity for someone to experience a wonderful setting and truly outfit it as it’s own.
On Tuesday I toured a very similar property, but in a different league. The emotional connection I had with this property was the most I have had since moving to 30A. If I was $5M richer, this one wouldn’t even hit market in two weeks…
The wife and I are still having fun with making our keto meals. We made creamy pork chops that were to-die for.
I enjoyed the last of my “birthday” mezcal from
December (I turned 32 last month)
I’ve been wearing the lefty as often as possible!
My folks came into town this weekend from Dallas, so we fired up the grill and had a great dinner
Had one of my favorite wines
   Rocking my sample 777-142
  Finished off with a new tequila - I give it a 6/10
The kids are out of school for the next few days, so hopefully some adventures ensue Thanks for following along!
