Can someone tell me why it’s difficult to resole a boot that has a raptor sole?? I’ve read a few places that it’s difficult I haven't heard that before. I have heard stichdown is a bit harder to resole than good year welt. That being said if you find out let us know! I have 2 pairs of raptor sole and havent had them resoled yet. So im interested too Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

We have resoled plenty of them. The only instance I could see them being hard to resole would be if they are worn down past the 4-iron slip that we attach them with, and if they were a half-slip construction like our old Romeo's etc.

Now that you mention it I was reading about Romeos that were indeed half slipped. Thanks man! Any recommendations for cleaning Roughout?

How did Wesco Japan come about? Obviously, there's a market for Wesco Boots there, but i'm curious if it's a business partnership much like IHJP/IHUK.

@Giles have you received your romeo’s yet?

@Matty123 Chris may have another suggestion… But this is what I use to clean roughout. It has an eraser and a brush in the kit. I got mine on Amazon. Works good on couple of pairs I've got. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

@Giles have you received your romeo’s yet? Yes, and they are great lookers. They are really hard for me to get on (like, I can't), due to my ridiculously high instep. I've also got some damage to my left-hand big toe (falling down a set of steps when wearing neoprene booties on a wet boat in rolling seas)…. I get them photographed tomorrow, but prob not on my feet!!!!

Do you have the custom last made? If so I would think that would help the high instep issue. But mAybe not…..
Looking forward To seeing photos of them regardless. Mine have a lot of
Miles on them already. The raptor sole is ridiculously comfortable.

Yes, used custom last…...Maybe I'm just not man enough at the moment.... I def had issue with the instep at first… it was snug. And coincidentally I had an ingrown toe nail week after I received them and I couldn’t wear them... so maybe when you “heel” up you can get them on! Here’s to hoping!

Ive got a feeling I'll be pre ordering one of the makeups they just announced on Instagram. Originally I was thinking I wanted a custom hendrik in olive or slate or something but… Essex looks like such a cool leather and I have a feeling it will be a patina monster... I cant get over those Hendriks[emoji7] Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I'm kinda liking the Robert William shoe with the brown pebble (last image) from the Shoemaker collection. It's weird and cool at the same time… https://www.instagram.com/p/B3ajfFonS9u/?igshid=1xo8q714tasve

Cleaned and conditioned my British Tan Morrisons this afternoon after about 7 months of regular wear in rotation.
