So, after a long odyssey that saw my parcel travel from England to Ireland because someone at Royal Mail thought "Bremen, Germany" would be found somewhere around Dublin, I finally picked up my trade item from @den1mhead

He is a straight up guy and he supported me any way he could to help me deal with this situation.

So, @den1mhead  is a real hero, but I guess you all know that already!

What can I say about @den1mhead that hasn't already been said?  This was my second purchase from this magnificent man.  Let me tell you how his service has evolved.  The first order went like this:

me:  Hey den1mhead, you have that jacket still?
den1mhead:  yep
me:  I'll take it

Pretty standard, smooth transaction.  This last order went like this:

me (on some forum page):  I love blanket-lined CPOs!
den1mhead (over DM):  Hey, I saw that you like blanket-lined CPOs, you want to buy this IHSH-49?
me:  Oh man, yes!

I'm both thrilled and terrified with the rate of evolution of his service.  Clearly the next step would involve him simply hacking my bank account and withdrawing a sum that he feels covers the cost of the item he's going to send me, knowing that I'm going to love it.
