Strawberry milkshake ipa. Surprisingly good [emoji481]

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Came across this, a couple of weeks ago. Didn't pick it up. Strawberry is not my thing. Central Waters is one of my Wisconsin favorites. I went to their taproom, last October. They've got a great barrel aged program. I'm not as enamored with their other offerings, though. You should definitely seek out the BBA offerings.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Milk stout. With added vanilla and "rum BA oak chips". The latter don't add anything, as I've said before.
But nice stuff from To Ol anyway. Been a while…

It is decent isn’t it. The fudge one on the same base is also worth a punt.

Lotsa people hate lactose stouts/ IPAs/… I've always been a yuge fan...

That being said... I had a Yule Maelk 2015 the other day... The original one, properly double barrel aged (sherry and cognac if I remember correctly)... A 15% DBA milk stout... So effin good...

Lactose stouts I love, not a huge fan of the IPA’s but I’ve had some good ones too.

Bought it in Amsterdam last weekend. Gave him only one hour in the fridge.

I've been doing the keto thing and haven't had a beer in a few years…..but just wanted to say keep it up!  I'm living vicariously through you guys 🙂

The best beer I've ever had....I think....has to be an aged 120 minute IPA at the Dogfishhead brewery. 120 is a fantastic brew, but this aged version was next level.

This one just dropped at our neighborhood beer seller and his stock might not survive the weekend. I only bought one and now I have to nab a couple more tomorrow. Sweet, spicy, chocolatey, and hot. This is a winner!

They run about $10/bottle but at 15% this is a beer that might give @Seul a run for his money.
