Looks great @twin.
I’m in south west Norway and eating a traditional, working class meal, «Ball», short for «potetball» or «raspeballer». It’s basically bigass dumplings with salted lamb, bacon, sausage, potato and turnip. And a some extra bacon fat for good measure. The drink of choice (not my personal choice) is soured milk.

That seemed like the kind of meal that would power you through a day of honest labor on the farm.

The twins at the Strawberry House for breakfast.
@Giles & @Madame Buttonfly should remember this place.

Those tile are sweet. I know they were talked about but I never noticed the undulations.

Where to eat in London? We'll be 4 adults + 3 kids. Some of us need non pork / ofall options. We're open to semi fancy (but kid friendly). Definitely want at least 1 fish & chips and 1 delicious Indian place. We'll be there from Dec 26th (Boxing day?) to the 29th… We're staying in Notting Hill. We'll move around for the right spot, but reasonably central is best. Thank you!
