The left is black/black 14oz, the right is indigo/black 14oz…
All regular cuts, 555, 634, 666, 777 and 888 are being released in both denims.
Available sometime last quarter this year....
Any plans to make jackets (type iii) out of this denim? Either option would be killer.

@sabergirl Had to take a picture of this shirt for you. It’s a hybrid work/western shirt with a banded collar snaps,but workshirt pockets,with a western yoke in the back. I’ve had it over 20 years(also in denim). It was made by a company called Schaefer Outfitters and they only made it for one season. Not sure this fits the IH esthetic. It’s a size large. If you like it I’d be happy to send it to you as I no longer wear it.

Different color wabash or even hickory stripe would be nice, haven't seen too much brown or green.
Oh man a white with green hickory stripe workshirt would be an instacop for me. And then I would certainly see it in the outlet later on.
This reminds me to request another run of mock-twist chambray in green. Bring back the jalapeno and salt!

I dont think that shirt did well if I remember correctly. I think at least two of the colors went on special? I have the salt and pepper and it’s an awesome shirt. I wouldnt mind another green if made, especially if it were a western.

We'll likely auction the sample off soon, if we get as much interest in that as we got from retailers, someone will get a real steal
what size was the sample? This was my most anticipated item of the year, lol. Can i just pay to get a sample made? Also, i could've sworn Kiya had told me SE was getting a black type I from IH this fall, assumed this was it.

I don’t think they’d weave another batch just for a jacket. I assume the plan was to use the remainder from the 634’s on the jacket so I guess there is a roll or two lying around. A certain retailer was considering a special collab jacket amade out of the stuff at one point, but it didn’t happen as the minimums involved (60 items I think) were too high. This also suggests there is a bit left over.
Utterly brilliant denim and it’s strange to the point of ridiculous that the IH-634S-21BLK have been slow sellers. I’d seriously consider buying anything made out of it, regardless of what it was.

A bit too big for me from memory. We don't do one-offs I am afraid.
You need to ask Kiya what he was talking about.

Yes, lots, I made enough for about 400 pairs of jeans, the IH-634S-21BLK sold like crap, so I'm looking like a prat for getting H to make it. So I have been thinking of things to make with it. The Type I was one idea, but that panned, so it's back to the drawing board….
