Just over 1.5 years of wear and going to the wash for the first time

I've worn the crap outta this CPO, the fabric is super stubborn and doesn't like to give up color without a fight.

This is easily one of my favorite shackets.

I’m excited to see what the wash does to it @budpatch . I suspect you’ll experience something of a transformation as the black fugitive dye tends to come out quite nicely in the washing machine.

It definitely let go of some color in the high wear areas…button placket, shoulders, cuffs, and seams.

I was being a smart ass! Just an additional Iron Heart tag on the right pocket. Didn’t notice until I was in town and then I felt ‘special ’

I picked this beauty up tonight but I’m curious if I made a mistake. All of my IH shirting is Large, I bought an XL because I didn’t want it too short from the OD as a “jack shirt” should have I just stuck with Large?

According to the charts the overdying doesn’t make a massive difference when compared to the IHSH-177. Did you use the “Compare” function to check the difference between the IHSH-178 and an IH shirt you own?
