      The IHUK shop is looking much better now and takes full advantage of big screens. If the forum could be stretched as well in the future that would be the icing on the cake.

        Hi guys, as you know, we continuously update and refresh our website, and as such have just made live a new design/layout of the homepage, we have a lot of plans that will be implemented over the coming months, and as always look forward to your feedback and potential future ideas.

            @steelworker made us aware of some problems this morning, with IH website not loading properly when he tried to switch between US and International sites.  Anyone else experienced any issues?

            We probably won't be able to get anyone to take a look before Thursday but would be great to get as much info on this as possible.

              We have implemented a new Cookie policy…

              Prior to the change, you would have been logged in for 20 days before we logged you out.  This was causing some issues with users having stuff in cache that became out of date and weird shit was happening.  We have reduced the auto-logout to 5 days, which does not necessarily solve the issues we were having, but it will help.

              To implement this change, you will have all been logged out of the shop, and you will need to log back in again.

              Sorry for the hassle.

                For the last two days I wasn't able to use the ‘compare measurements with another item’ function. When I click on the option, nothing comes up.
                I believe I’m using the International website but I don’t know how to be certain about this.
                I’m using an Ipad Pro running quite up to date OS and Safari.

                The journey is the objective.

                  I was also having the exact same problem,a few days ago with an iPad Pro. I think it’s OK now.

                    Working for me in Chrome on Mac and Safari on Mac.  Anyone else?

                          It's just you. I was able to add the new Serge work jacket just fine.

                              You probably need to empty your cache on your browser or update Chrome.

                                    It's certainly possible, but it's not something we want to do in the short term. It adds to the complication of the product page which is something we are not particularly keen to do.

                                        It's not that creating the product page would be any more complicated than it is now. What I meant is that the product page would have to have extra functionality and thus would be more complex to view and navigate for the user.

                                        i.e. we would need a call to action for "tell me when restocked" AND "tell me when low in stock".  My view is that there is no way a user can tell when something is restocked until after the fact, so letting them sign up to those email alerts is important.  But, a user who wants something, but wants to know that the stock levels are rather low, can (if they want it so much and can be bothered) monitor the product page.

                                          I definitely monitor the product page of any item that I’m interested in but can’t buy,for whatever reason,when it goes live. I suspect I’m not the only one.

                                            Indeed! Items I'm interested in are bookmarked and I check on them regularly.
