@spitfiredealer I wear a 35 which is around 1" wider than I would Need at the waist but gives them a very comfy topblock (no slouching) and I actually embrace a few extra bits in the front and backrise. The thighs are no Problem for me and I usually struggle with too tight thighs.

Anyone happen to have washed/worn measurements for these in 36?
Tempted but might wait for the 888 in the new 14 oz. black/black later this year…these just don't look that slim based on the measurements (which is a good thing).

@Broark I had them in 35 and they were looser than usual 777s but still pretty tight around the thigh. But in a 36 the waist would have been perfect for me and indeed pretty comfortable.

Thanks @Max Power, might hold off for the aforementioned black/black 888’s if that’s the case.
I remember my leg of the 888 tour and that’s the first cut from IH that really worked for me.
The measurements make me think these will work and the outlet price is tempting.

@Broark I have them in the 36,and when I got them I asked for the biggest waist in that tag size. They clocked in at about 37.2 if I remember correctly. They haven’t shrunk all that much and like all the IH 21OZ denim,stretch out pretty quickly. You will still have to contend with the low rise of the 777 cut,although getting the largest waist size helped to minimize some of that. The thigh measurements have never been an issue for me. Don’t know if I’ll have time to measure them today. Hope this helps.

The rise is what concerns me, the generous waist seems like it would help but I’m used to wearing repro cuts these days, so anything under 12.5-13 in. front rise usually makes me think twice.

@Broark I only noticed the low rise when I siwtched between pairs, when I wore it straight it stopped bugging me after a while. My Problem however was, that the stretch led to a pretty large waist. That caused them to sit low on my hips , revealing too much due to the low rise.
