I doubt another blanket will be made- the IHG-070 is still in stock many months after release.

      Which is a shame, because it's phenomenal…

I know that would be a total No-Seller, but I have dreams  😃

Any plans for more indigo/indigo duck?

None, it did not sell well I am afraid…...

I could be wrong, but want it mentioned that there is still some fabric tucked away somewhere? I recall mentioning a double duck CPO, and the response wasn't soul crushing, lol

This could be pretty cool, though I'd worry about bleeding if unlined. You'd basically have to wear blue and black with it in the beginning, and hope you don't get wet if wearing something else later on.

I'm in the market for a Denim Type III jacket at the moment and there isn't much available on the IH website.

I've already picked up the Drab Green Whipcord jacket IH-526-ODG and the black Corduroy IHJ-69 which are great, really like the cut.

For a long time I have been torn between getting a SBG or a Left hand twill 19oz but they're all gone now…

I don't suppose the 2 could be combined? A left hand twill with SBG weft?

It would save me having to choose between the 2 and would have epic evo potential.

Also, why are the arms on the SBG and LHT 19oz so wide looking compared to a lot of the other jackets?

...or a white 526 that was given the overdye treatment

I'm also indigo on the inside…

              ...and I'm fading fast...

I suspect a LHT 19oz SBG will not be made, it's hyper "specialist", and we'd need to make enough for at least 400 items.

I don't know why the arms are wider.

We won't OD a white, we tried it and it turned out to be very patchy.  I guess all our OD is, you just don't notice it on a dark base….

                Sorry..... 🙂 🙂 🙂

I am very happy to join the iron heart. I hope to launch a Ranch Jacket similar to Wrangler's improved design. It

is best to use the classic 21OZ fabric and the same snap closures of IHJ-49.

                    Thanks Giles

If the XHSib run of jeans are successful - perhaps a run of similar material jackets might be initiated, maybe utilising the SBG as a weft?

Think it could be possible to create a type III with a 25oz body like the IH-526SV but with 21oz arms? or would that be weird?

I'm also indigo on the inside…

This is the issue with the XHSib denim in jackets, I do not think you should hold your breath for a 21/25oz hybrid!

Not sure if anyone feels the same way but a while back, maybe like 2010, there was an Iron Heart x Self Edge quilted heavy cotton CPO that I adore.  Unfortunately the only size left was a XL, which is a bit big on me.  I'd love to see another quilted heavy flannel with hand pockets!

                              This one, here:

If you browse this thread for the last two or three years then this gets written about four times a year, normally with a bunch of people saying «hell yeah»! Then I come along and write something about the IHSH-105/106/124 and how they didn’t sell [emoji1] Maybe with all the retroactive love they get, that will change. I certainly hope so. I love the quilted flannels I have from IH and would like to see more. But don’t hold your breath.

It would be nice to maybe see a new version, that corduroy collar is a nice detail.

The one on the last picture on the thread used to be mine and I can attest to it being a very classy bit of kit. The denim is lovely, the cut is cool and the corduroy colour and white triple stitching finish it of nicely. It might just qualify as an under the radar classic.

I was sad to have to move it on but it was a little too big to wear just with a tee in the warmer months and too light to layer over IHF’s in the winter.

Sorry it didn't sell. Not saying it would have made me buy it, but the white contrast stitching (as opposed to yellow or tonal) and the monochrome coloring of the collar didn't appeal to me personally. Looks to be beautifully built.

                                        Think it, be it.
