The Good Art Hardware elevates these Boots whom are Top Notch by themselves even more by taking out the last not "crafted" Part from the Boot and adding the higher contrast Silver to the Green, crazy cool  ???

I think it is to fit the sole of the foot better than being totally flat.  Goto took a load of Paula's measurements, but I'm not entirely sure he measured the sole of her foot….

The arc generate some tension/pressure and will prevent the sandals to slip off when lifting your feet…
