No problem. It was a great experience. They’re moving to pretty much just around the corner in a week. Better facilities all round. Plus right next to the brewery [emoji3]. Just a shame I’d not been before…

The One Trick Pil Pil was a wheat yes. Recommended, as good as any other I’ve had. Just a shame I’ve forgotten the other brewery.

I haven't tried it cause it's bloody expensive here but urm: how is it???
Good without being spectacular. Different. I’d go as far as to unlike anything I’ve tasted before. The ice cream bit is all in the initial mouthfeel. After that it’s hazy and fruity like a sorbet. I’d probably buy it again.

As usual, another resplendent offering from Crooked Stave. To think that every beer they made was aged with brettanomyces just a couple yeas ago, they've demonstrated mastery of many styles since, and creativity in advancing them.
